We want you to be completely satisfied with your FTHR packing cubes.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned in good condition.
• Original packaging is preferred but not required.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we'll provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty

All FTHR packing cubes are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including faulty zips, defective stitching, and material defects that affect normal use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper care, or damage caused by overpacking.
